Toodles!

Our dear friend is off to her next posting. E and her husband, E, are some our very closest friends. We love getting together for splitting laughter, great stories, eating and the wonderful ease of starting up where we left off last time. E- man went to post earlier, no further training required, so we have been missing him for a while now, but E-woman has been here! We have loved getting to spend time with her and are missing her a ton already!
We address these friends as Aunty and Uncle for Liam and he loves them like family too. Liam really misses our dear friends and asks about them often, especially their adorable basset hound who has cured him of his hesitance around dogs. What a sweet heart that dog is! I can't wait till next time we all get to meet up and Ezra gets to fall in love with the E squareds too!

Hey, Lauren! I sent you a facebook message, but I'm not sure how often you get on there :) So we're reading Cutting for Stone for our book club and I remember you mentioning how much you loved it. Anyway, it was my pick but I haven't started it yet. I just got an email from one of the ladies in our book club asking when the book stops discussing male anatomy. Oops! Anyway, just wondering if you know if there is much that could be considered offensive since you've read it. I don't offend easily, but I guess some of the women our group probably do

Ha! What a light weight! :)
It doesn't talk about male anatomy that much, but it is written by a doctor and it isn't vulgar or distasteful. I thought the medical aspect was interesting, but if any one doesn't like the mere mention of bodily parts then they definitely should not read it.
It is richly written and very creative and a good story if you can stomach the anatomy lessons occasionally. Too bad for her that that is all she is taking out of the book so far!

I hope you can enjoy it! Love you!
